Our technical department has highly qualified professionals who create optimum designs for each project and offer prompt solutions to the queries set by our customers. All this is carried out with the help of powerful hardware and software resources.
From these designs, we are able to create 3-dimensional (BOCAD) and perform calculations based on the following standards: European (Eurocode), Spanish (NBE), North American (ASD), French (CM66), Danish (DIN 18800) and British (BS5950).
In addition, Talleres Ruiz has a production team comprised by boilermakers, welders and assemblers with extensive experience in this industry.
This production team assembles the metal structures and inspects all the stages, from the layout to the welding or tightening torques of joints using high-resistant bolts.
Our welders have approvals in different welding procedures:
- Submerged Arc Welding + Semi-automatic (135+121)
- Electrode Welding(111)
- Semiautomatic welding(135)
All of them under the UNE-ENE 287.1 standard
